Ha Ha Ha, I thought this was some kind of railroad abbreviation.  Gosh, I'm 26 
years old and from the computer generation.  You would think I should know

  IIRC translates to If I Recall Correctly.
  IMHO is In My Humble Opinion.
  There are many others, e.g. LOL for Laughing Out Loud.

  This shorthand is great if you're a teen-ager instant-messaging friends.  
  Elsewhere simple English should be acceptable.
