Hi,

There are DuPont subsitutes for almost every DuPont color except Model
T and Model A black. If memory serves....I think it was the size of
the pigment grind that creates problems with today's paint formulas.
They had trouble with pigment dispersal.

John, I think we need to remind everyone that Imron is a coating that
demands the applicator (painter) wear protective clothing, wear a
pressure fed, fresh air respirator, and only work in a spray booth
approved for Imron paint application. It is an extremely dangerous
coating that will ruin your health, or worse kill you, without a lot
of exposure. DuPont used to insist on training before the DuPont
dealer could sell you the paint. But that may have changed in the last
couple of years. Either way, it is nothing to fool with in the
basement, house or garage. My advice, unless you know what you're
doing with Imron, stay as far away from it as you can unless you get
the training and understand the inherent dangers in its use.

Regards,
Randy Danniel
