<deeeep sigh> . . . it's bogus. All Q Budd cars after the '36 Denver
Zephyrs featured fine-fluted letterboards panels with a flat plate over the
area for the road name train name. And, by the time the rounded domes came
in, the fluting was continuous from upper window sill across the roof - NO
upper "border" to the letterboard space. On the other hand, it's probably as
good as it will get. Please note: - you're going to have to extend the car
nameplate to accommodate "Silver Whatchamacallit" . . . they apparently sized
the panel to ATSF numbers (silly persons) . . . . . .
