Somebody tipped me off to this URL, and I was pleasantly surprised to find
among the prototype pics there a photo I had taken. Dave Lotz, also a Group
member, and I have corresponded about the whalebelly cars for awhile. He's also
the Web guy for Railway Classics. (Other than doing what I could to get new HO
models of the cars back on the market, I have no connection with the seller.)

BTW, the Dragon nee-CB&Q cars came by way of Baroid (ex-BDNX 300-series) and
Excel Railcar (ex-ERCX 2800-series). I've seen some either in pics or "in
person," and they're obviously BN paint-outs.
If anyone's looking for Dave, I think he's "playing catch-up," including
getting all his old addresses and stuff changed over to a new computer.
