Thanks to both John and Greg for their answers on my four questions.

Am still hoping someone can tell me that silver rebuilt troop cars 
were ever used in passenger service as baggage or storage cars.

And if anyone can supply info on Table Rock, Nebraska...I'll be very 
surprised!
