re: "64 frt car trust plate

The green paint would be BN's as Q did not acquire any equipment in green 
til "68 (when only a last minute federal order prevented the merger from 
occuring).so these cars being blt in "64 would have been in Q colors 
(non-green) til BN repainted in "70 or later.
