Bob,

Here is more info on the 4600-4601:

These coaches were originally purchased from Pullman Standard in 1935 for
the NP's North Coast Limited. The six cars (4 for NP - 1300-1303) were
constructed at the Osgood-Bradley plant in Worchester, MA as lot 6466. The
were painted in NP colors, although the 4600-4601 were owned by the CB&Q.
They had 56 seats, lightweight construction with 4 wheel trucks. A photo of
one of the NP cars can be seen in "The NP Color Guide to Freight and
Passenger Equipment" by Todd Sullivan, Morning Sun, publisher. In 1946,
when other coaches arrived for the NCL, the 4600 & 4601 were returned to the
Q and painted Pullman Green. A photo and drawing of the 4601 in NP and CB&Q
paint can be seen on page 103 of Rudisel's "Burlington Northern Passenger
Cars." They are on drawn on Page 129 of Bill Glick's "Passenger Cars of the
Burlington," and are on page 129 of most of the CB&Q passenger car diagram
books.
