Here's the Text:

Seneca's Second Depot
Designed by the Office of the Engineer of Buildings, Chicago, Drawing No.
48390
Built in 1920 under A.F.E. W 7120 by the B.J. Jobst Building Co. of Lincoln,
Neb.,
at a cost of $15,000. Formally opened on Jan. 3, 1921.

Foundation: Concrete
Exterior Walls: Tile with brick veneer to belt course; stucco above.
Interior Walls and Ceilings: Plaster in waiting room, ticket office and
yardmaster's office; car lining walls and plaster ceiling in boiler and coal
room; unplastered walls and ceiling in freight room.
Floors: Cement tile and base in waiting room; maple in ticket office,
yardmaster's office and warm room; concrete in boiler and coal room; brick
in freight room.
Roof: Metal shingles
Heating: One W-4150 Capitol Winchester hot water boiler and U.S. Radiator
Corp. radiation heaters totalling 486 sq. Ft.
Ceiling Height: 12'-0"
Area: 2,235 sq. ft.
Volume: 46.64 cu. ft.
