Sonny,

While it does not address all cars, in the book "Everywhere West The 
Burlington Route", Pat Dorin basically copies word for word the description 
from "Railway Age" describing the interiors of the cars built in 1953 for the 
Vista Dome Kansas City Zephyr and American Royal Zephyrs on page 64.

It's a reference to get you started.
