Ed,
I thought I might hear from you on this subject. And I knew that the
CUS book would answer my questions, but I figured I'd ask now. I
keep changing my mind on what to build for my next layout, and my
latest idea was to adapt an idea from Model Railroader mag on New
Orleans passenger station to model part of CUS - not a track for
track thing - more an impression of part of the trackwork, etc., so
I'd have a way to run my Zephyrs and dinkies, and switch my baggage
cars and express cars. That's what made my wonder how the Q turned
the Zephyrs.
Thanks to you and the others for the info. Am looking forward to the
book!
