You need to get Bulletin #12 on reefers available from the company store at:
http://www.burlingtonroute.com/
This issue has information on all the Q reefers and should answer most
of your questions.

The R-40-xx is a PFE desigination and I am not sure how close they are
to the Q's as the Q's were built in company shops.
