Hank's stuff is not as good as it looks in the pictures.....
The real CB&Q never built stuff that perfect.
Seriously, his (and his son's) work is breathtaking!!!
Little details, like the correct pattern numbers on things such as pipe
fittings.
If you are in any scale other than live steam, don't look too closely at his
work. The dark side will get you!
Hank is the guy, should you have forgotten, that wrote the article on
scatchbuilding a NM-2 for MR in the mid fifties. Note the waycar behind the
4-4-0.
