Although I model large scale (1 1/2 inch to the foot) steam era, and 
focus on rolling stock not fixed facilities, I find the discussion of 
smaller scale layouts fascinating. It brings back memories of places I 
have lived and seen and I am constantly learning more about the Q and 
railroading in general. I don't find the detailed discussions boring in 
the least and enjoy the fruits Marshall and others knowledge.
I'd prefer the discussions stay on list. Share the wealth!
