BRHS Mailing Threads

At this point in time, we no longer need to monitor the delivery of the BRHS
mailings. I will continue to post a message to the list to announce the
mailing's entry into the USPS so that you will know an issue is coming.
However, if you should encounter problems with your mailing, please send you
emails directly to me. Let's use three weeks as a milepost for
non-delivery issues.
