Yes,
They offered commuter service between Lead and Deadwood SD between 1902 and
1924, from 1908 until 1926 between Denver & Boulder CO, from 1904 until 1919
between Victor and Cripple Creek CO and Denver to Parker CO between 1908 and
1935. There are probably other cases I'm not recalling.
