Yes, Deadwood to Lead SD 1902 to 1924; Denver to Boulder CO 1908 to 1926;
Denver to Parker CO 1908 to 1935; Cripple Creek to Victor CO 1904 to 1919 and
possibly others. Three of these instances were operated by electric 
subsidiaries.
