Detail Update for Atlas-O boxcars.

The paint scheme will be mineral red with "Everywhere West" on the 
doors. 

The road numbers are: C&S #13506 & #13777 with 50 ton Bettendorf 
trucks and CB&Q #16091 & #16099 with Andrews trucks.
