Who's Western Rail, Inc.? On 2 Jun 2001 I shot this locomotive at Saratoga
WY on the Wyoming & Colorado Railroad. It was still lettered FWD 6083 and
still in green paint.. BN had been painted out. On the cab sides was WYCO.
It was frame # 6468-4. It still had a builder plate with a build date of 3
Mar 1953 and a builder # 17124.
