Dave:
C&S SD40's 875-878 were serial #'s 33516-33173, built 10/67.
C&S SD40's 879-887 were serial #'s 33918-33926, built 04/68.
CB&Q SD45's 516-530 were serial #'s 34551-34565, built 01/69.

In regard to the actual order numbers, I will check by Xtra2200 South
magazines. I should be able to find the order numbers there (I hope).
