That is a perfectly logical and undoubtedly correct answer. The initial
telegraph call implies a task so the Dispatcher is prepared to do that task.

This is just as true in current Dispatching. Someone rings you on the
radio and the first thing that should come to mind is "what screen do I
need to have open and ready". As you are answering the radio your
fingers need to be getting to the correct task that can be anticipated
from the location and time.

Very good conclusion to the discussion.
