According to the printer, the 1st books, posters, and extra
dust jackets are scheduled to be airfreighted either tomorrow, 12/28
or Monday 12/31. 2 days to Burlington and 2 days to process the orders
as received for shipment by Fedex ground unless you requested an
alternative delivery method. Fedex now quotes 1-5 business days for
shipment time. The remainder of the books and slipcases will be here
in late January.
I'm sure the book will be a great start to the New Year.
