In the Official Railway Guide of May 1941, the Adventureland ran in
conjunction with the General Pershing Zephyr from St. Louis, Kansas City,
Lincoln (Train #33), to connect with the Adventureland Train #43 Lincoln to
Billings, Montana. The Adventureland offered an air conditioned lounge car
Lincoln to Billings, a 12 Section, 1 Drawing Room Pullman Kansas City to
Billings, an Air Conditioned Dining Car, and Air Conditioned Chair Cars
Kansas City to Billings.
The Guide shows direct connections from St. Louis departing at 2:45pm, from
KCT at 8:00pm, Lincoln at 2:25am, Alliance 10:25am, Billings, MT 1040pm.
Through passengers could connect to Northern Pacific's Adventureland #43 /
Alaskan #3 departing at 11:40pm to Portland, Tacoma, and Seattle.
