new graffiti artist

Every age has its graffiti artists. Bozo Texinos and Herbies, and a few
others, are well-known amongst railfans. Sometimes the author is known;
sometimes he remains anonymous.

I understand that recently one has begun to appear which shows a smoking
steam engine pulling some cars. The sketch is not only dated, but numbered.
Now there's a new wrinkle, with panache!

Does anyone have a line on this guy?
