Chicago Burlington & Quincy Volume 2, by Mike Spoor, contains a number of photographs taken in Minnesota by Bob Koetz. Does anyone know how I might contact this person? I want to find out if he has additional photographs that may show signal bridges that I cannot find photographs of: particularly near St. Croix Tower, St. Paul Park, Newport and Dayton's Bluff.
