Waycar Collector

Not sure about the ydmstr who collected foreign road cabooses(remember only Q 
units were called waycars) but my money would have been on Smitty who worked 
'd' yard at Clyde and was famous for his strong statements about the 
"rehumps" and other related issues.

P.S. Smitty road the dinkies to and from home in Downers each day and often 
entertained us there and in the yard office with his tales,
