Tank Cars/Red Alert

Anybody out there observed any hazmat tank cars moving in last 3 or 4 days? 
Dont think so. Lets just say the FRA/AAR isn't taking any chances. 
Steve they'll have a hard time photographing them if they cant find 'em!
I can't say too much but did you ever wonder what bullets would do to a tank 
car? So does the AAR,enough said. 
Karl you might want to take the binoculars out and go to the TTC.
