In CTC cab signal territory a merchandise(M) ran into a stopped Z train.
Tied up the TRANSCON so the lowly Q Mainline had to pull the chestnuts out
of the fire. Then the Kewanee Water Dept drilled thru a gas line. We had
detours coming off everywhere in Chicago headed west. And the overloaded
Belt RR of Chicago trying to run more trains.
