If you can't save it, try to copy and past it to were you want it.
do you know how this is done?
Easy way is to click on Edit in the tool bar, then select all, "should light 
all the document up in blue" or other color, then right click on the colored 
area and select copy, then open were ever you want the file and right click 
there and select the Paste tab, should do it for you.
