Has anyone heard an "official" ruling on the pedestrian incident at 
Riverside,IL this morning(7/13)? These are kept very quiet these days (no 
announcement on the train as to why your sitting still or running an hour 
late). But you know once you pass the site. This is the second accident at 
this crossing this year.

P.S. Based on the frequency of incidents the gag order doesn't seem to 
slowing the copycats.
