3 Man crews

Let me clarify my comment about the dinkies being the last bastion of 3 man 
crews. I was referring to the 3 man train crew (Condr,and 2 brkmn) that for 
decades was the standard train crew.Presently if you count the engine crew 
the dinkies have a 4 man crew. Most 3 man crews today consist of 
Condr,Engineer and one brkmn and these are the exception as most crews are a 
Engr and a Condr.
