For us lovers of the 'Q' F units, it has been etched in stone for quite
some time that the only documented 'A' units to receive MU cables on the
nose were the #122A/D, 123A/D, 124A/D and 126A/D- for a total of 8 units!
While going through my copy of 'TRAINS of the UPPER MIDWEST', which was just
released, there on page 102 is a photo of Ph III F-3A #127A proudly wearing
her MU hoses on her nose. Now there are 9 known and documented units. I
wonder how many more 'F's will show up and come out of the woodwork?
