Riverside, IL depot plans.

The CB&Q large brick depot in Riverside, IL has received a lot of 
attention over the years (however, the outstanding architecturally 
different shelter structure on the south side of the tracks has 
received almost no attention). 

Have plans for these buildings ever been published, or been made 
available in any fashion? If so, how could I access them?

I have a modeling project in mind.
