Hey Roger. Reading this, and Al (The Incredible) Holck's book on the CB&Q
in color, volume 2 over the weekend got me to wondering - Does anyone know
(an educated guess would do <g>) why none of the 'Q's switchers were never
repainted into the redbird scheme, or any other color for that matter,
during the Burlington's image makeover of the late fifties?
Thanks in advance to all who can shed some light on this.
