I just checked the ICC Railroad Accident Investigation list as suggested by
Rich G. It is there. Listed under Chicago Burlington & Quincy. Lockett WY.

If you guys haven't been reading some of the good stuff on this list you are
really missing out. If you want to know what real railroading was like
before ABS, CTC, Track Warrants, Radio or anything else it's here. It was
nothing but Timetable, Watch, and a few train orders. Train orders were
quite complicated in those day. You younger guys especially you dispatcher
and train and enginemen types will, hopefully appreciate what real
railroading was about.
