Richard and list, I've heard of your quote but cannot locate it's origin.
Found this on mico-film not long ago which I had never seen before. In an
1876 copy of Holland's Galesburg City Directory, the Chicago, Burlington &
Quincy Railroad Line was advertising itself as the "OLD AND RELIABLE ROUTE."
This doesn't have much to do with anything but I thought some might enjoy
this type of obscure advertising. Bill
