I believe the photo of the North Coast Ltd in Milwaukee is mine along with several others including the front cover of the Milwaukee Road publication in question. The train was detoured through Milwaukee because of the 1965 floods along the Mississippi. It ran on the Milwaukee Road to La Crosse where it rejoined the CB&Q.Bob Bullermann |
