Amtk question

Those are Roadrailers, they've been around for years, though AMTK has
only been handling them for a couple of years. They've been handling
mail and express for a while too, and would like to do more, some host
roads don't like the idea, others realize it's not the kind of business
they can capture and are happy to help take it away from trucks.
All of this has been documented for a while in Trains, Railfan and
Railroad, CTC Board and Railnews (before they were shut down by Pentrex).
