Scale Mounted Video Cams

Hay All,
This is a bit off Q but,
Out of 311 members I'm sure I'll find this out.
Who is the Compony that has the HO and Larger scale Video Camera set 
up that you can mount in loco's?
I have seen this ad in MR and now I can not find it.
there was a Club that had one used "about 18 hours" on ebay this 
spring, and I did not have the money to buy it when they listed it 
and it never sold and was not relisted.
Hope some one knows.
