I think I remember seeing that Bulletin 37 was mailed out on October 18th. I still haven't received mine here on Long Island, NY (4 weeks). What does the Postal Service do with these things for a month? Doesn't it cost more to store them than to deliver them? I'm not sure at what point I should declare my Bulletin missing in action.
