I live in Troy, IL, about 20 miles east of St. Louis. I received Bulletin 37 in a timely manner, but the envelope was badly torn. The Bulletin itself was OK. Maybe the Society should investigate a different method of packaging. I get several other publications in plastic bags which are never damaged. I am not a modeler, but enjoy the Bulletin for its historical content. I agree with the person who earlier asked "How can a historical society be too historical?" Ray Cottingham |
