Still no Bulletin #37

Hi, Dave (& all),
It's been an interesting discussion on the merits of Bulletin #37 & plans for 
future bulletins.
Unfortunately, #37 is yet still to arrive in Kansas City.
Is this the only locale that still does not have delivery?
Thanks to all for all the hard work in producing the Bulletins and the Zephyrs.
