Hardly, Dave; when checking employment records, Date of Birth means a heck of 
a lot! Just talk to the Social Security Administration or RR Retirement 
Board, let alone, the RR in question. With nepotism as rampant as it used to 
be in RR employment, DOB was very critical identifier in the days before 
Social Security Numbers. Get my drift?
