I do not have documented proof just old engine cab and waycar discussion 
memories but from these it is my understanding that prior to the BN merger 
there was a division of Eastbound traffic at St. Paul among all the roads to 
Chicago along some formula. Then at merger it all went on the former Q . I do 
know the # of turns in the C&I pool more than doubled in a relatively short
