I've had mine on order for over a month, maybe two. Yes, they are going to
be short in number especially the CB&Q. RailModel Journal, Aug 2000, says
except for the head light, a piece of channel under the window and the coal
pusher they are very close to CB&Q. Coal pusher can be covered with coal, a
3/64 angle from plastistruc added to under the window and Precision Scale
has the cockoo clock headlight. A few had a metal box under the cab on the
left side (facing forward) that was labeled "fire hose" and was painted
bright red. Other than that they are right for the eastern side of the Q,
can anyone document any of them in the west? By the way RailModel Jounal
will have a detailing issue next month, prototype issue this month.
