NPP K2 HO Models

I recently acquired an HO NPP K2 and am wondering if anyone out there has 
made any improvements to the running gear by changing motors, gears, etc. 
Any other improvements to appearance would be appreciated.
I would like to letter this in the B & M R scheme, does anyone make decals?
