I don't think so. More than one shift of "herders" would have restricted
starting times (check SUNA/UTU schedule rules under "starting times"); only
one shift could have any starting time; two/three shifts required certain
"starting time" time slots. The morning Hill Yd. dinkies all went on duty
within minutes of each other at Aurora RH, resulting in a "herd" of engines
heading up to the east end of the Hill Yard. Afternoon "parade" was too
spread-out on their Hill Yard arrivals to gather a "herd" back to the
roundhouse.
