Russ and Ed your probably right as Erie St. is nearby. But what threw me was 
the name inserted into the brickwork above the door which was usually a RR 
habit. But I thought I'd ask as I was really floored when I saw a C&O switch 
engine unloading the Badger in Wisc years ago. So maybe it wouldn't be 
totally impossible. Leo
