Leo, Why did you keep the information about tank "internals" secret for so long?

No baffles = surging (sloshing). The tallow was a major pain in the _ _ _ but,
during WWII, many an engine crew bit the dust as a direct result of being
shoved past an absolute (A red signal that requires a STOP before passing) by
the oil trains that were so common at that time in our history. The Engineer
would set 'er down as he would a "normal" train only to find himself sliding
past the absolute when all the oil ran forward in the train.

Thanks.

Also, does anyone remember the crew, the Road Foreman and the Supt., to say
nothing of the engine number, of the outfit that RESCUED the engines and Jordan
at Compton???

K
