Hi Bill,

The CB&Q "Blackbird" GP7's had gray roofs and top of hood with black below.  Way of the Zephyrs was in white on one side of the locomotive with Everywhere West  on the other side.

There are many more photos if you simply do a search for CB&Q GP7 black and gray paint scheme images,

Is the G Scale GP7 no 268 from USA Trains with the semi BlackBird scheme Black cab roof, white hash tags on the bottom sill, dynamic brakes and the Billboard "Burlington" White on the long hood an actual correct paint job for the Loco? If not I will repaint to the standard Blackbird paint. Anyone have a prototype photo of the 268?.
