To set up to copy orders we used double sided carbon paper so you could make two copies one on top and one on the bottom of the carbon then another set  paper-carbon-paper then we used sheets of tin plate so you had four paper copies.  One for head end,  one for middle and one for rear end and the last copy for the station file copy.
Only worked the East End Operator's Relief for 6 weeks the first of Jan '74 with one 3rd trick at Eola and handing up orders for the Dinky's  out the hole(before they rebuilt the now Depot area in the Hill Yard) and it did not matter how bundled up you were  Snow still when down your neck handing up to the Dinlys.  Also never knew where the guys would pop out to catch the orders out of the hoops you had to hold up.

The scan I made for Ken came from a tablet I purchased a long time ago at a train show.

The green is fading on some of the edges, but it is definitely green and onion skin type paper.

Hello Ed,
Train order forms typically come in tablets with the green flimsy paper underneath a top cover sheet of yellow or whitish color paper.

Steve,
Did the Burlington use different color paper on the Form 19 train order forms??  If I remember from your clinic at the Spring Meet in Peoria, the images of train orders were on green paper but I did come across a Form 19 on yellow paper, was there a change over time?

(I’d have to dig it out to check the date, but it might have been older stock at an office.)

When I worked Aurora Tower the last 7 months of 1973 we still used the old Burlington Lines forms.  BN followed the CB&Q  management and did not throw out the old BR forms  but used up the old stock before reprinting them
The BNSF Merger every thing changed the next day
